KELKOO sent e-mails titled “Adnamics GmbH to be blocked”, to some of its partners, KELKOO would like to clarify the following: 

• KELKOO has never been aware of any act of ad hijacking or any other fraud that may have been committed by ADNAMICS;

• KELKOO has never had commercial relations with ADNAMICS, such that even if such acts were to exist, which is not the case, KELKOO could not have known about them;

• Consequently, KELKOO wrongly disseminated incorrect information about ADNAMICS to its partners.
